Mo! China is the culinary expression of Chef Mohan Kumar Vaidh. His journey with food began in 1995, and decades in professional kitchens have shaped his respect for flavour, balance and presentation.
Today, that experience brings together the energy of Indo-Chinese cuisine, the warmth of Indian cooking and the depth of the tandoor.
For me, cooking is not just a profession. It is a way of sharing happiness, care and flavour with every guest

Had an amazing dining experience at this Indo-Chinese restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavour and perfectly balanced with Indian spices and Chinese .
